5. Resident Evil 4 (Fog Version)
Another scrapped version of Resident Evil 4 would have replaced Tony Redgrave with Leon, who would explore a huge mansion owned by Oswell Spencer, and learn the history of the Progenitor Virus. During the course of the plot, Leon would be chased and infected by a creature known as the Black Fog, which was a mass of gooey tentacles. Albert Wesker would have been the main villain, who was leading an assault against the mansion at the same time. Leon would also have been joined by a partner character, a woman with a pet B.O.W dog. Other areas to explore included a huge airship and a theatre, but while the game was developed it was decided it wasnt strong enough. Parts of it were recycled for the next Hookman version, and story elements like Weskers assault were used for Code: Veronica instead.
