Fallout 4: 10 Essential Features It Must Have

4. Ruined Cities In Full

If Ubisoft's The Crew can do it, then so can Bethesda. The former are currently putting the finishing touches to their racing game that takes you across the entirety of the middle belt of America, cities, fields, power mains and everything else included. Before when you journeyed from city to city you weren't really exploring the entirety of a given place - instead large collections of rubble and debris would block your way. Obviously it's a huge undertaking to meticulously recreate any city, let alone a selection of them - along with collapsed interiors - but if any team has the programming clout needed to pull it off, it's Bethesda. Alongside the leaps and bounds they made in terms of world size between Oblivion and Skyrim, we'd love to see a similar jump from Fallout's 3 and 4 - it has been to date six years between them, after all.
