The Contract Gets Personal

After the Franchise all but liquidates once Alexander is killed, the ICAs profits skyrocket and they are now firmly in control of the assassination world. Then when they get to the top, the ICA start to delve into a cloning programme of their own. Because apparently clones are the best was to find assassins anymore.

Though Diana finds out about these illegal cloning operations and leaks the information to the public. After doing so, she goes on the run with Victoria, a girl that has a past that mirrors 47. Fearing that Victoria’s life will end up having a similar outcome to 47, Diana does all she can to make sure that doesn’t happen.

During the events of Hitman Absolution, Agent 47 is tasked with a contract on Diana, his handler for all his years with the ICA. Though he doesn’t know what the motives of his only real friend are. Treating this like any other contract, he picks it up, but eventually comes to learn the truth. This of course only after interrogating Diana.

After being persuaded by Diana to help protect Victoria, 47 does what he does best. He eliminates all the criminal organisations after Victor and the people behind the illegal cloning program. Turns out the ICA never knew the extent of what was going on in their own organisation. So after dealing with that for the ICA, by the end of Absolution Diana and 47 are taken back into the fold.
