WWE 2K24: 10 Things You NEED To Know Before You Buy

4. New Match Types Are Worth Experiencing

All of the new match types are worth playing.

2K added Ambulance, Casket, Special Referee and some new Gauntlet variations in, and all of them are worth trying on for different reasons. Admittedly, Ambulance and Casket are fairly similar, but that’s unavoidable given the ‘stuff opponent in here’ requirements to end them. It is what it is there.

Ambulance gets the edge because the vehicle itself almost acts like a character during the match. You can use the thing as a platform to wrestle on, and even hit sensational-looking dives off the top. In Gauntlet, the laundry list of options during set-up ensures no two matches ever feel totally the same. It's all good stuff.

A few comments on socials suggest fans aren't sure if these new match types are worth the price of admission. They are, and that's doubly true if you've got a friend to play with. That way, you'll be able to see everything these bouts have to offer.
