6. Romelu Lukaku

The way they are spending, it certainly seems like Everton are expecting to bring in a record fee for Lukaku. The Toffees and Ronald Koeman have already made some big moves this transfer window, seemingly in an attempt to reinvent their squad ahead of the expected departure of the 24-year-old.

Chelsea, who originally sold the Belgian to Merseyside in 2014, look like the odds-on favourite to land his signature this time round (although it appears as though they won't be doing so until they first deal with the Diego Costa sitution). Manchester United, also on the hunt for a new centre-forward, could be in the mix as well - and if a bidding war were to kick off, there's only one winner: Everton.
