Tottenham fans needn't panic just yet. At the moment, their star striker can scarcely talk of anything other than his undying love for the club whose books he's been on since the age of 10. Kane looks set to stay in North London for at least the next couple of seasons, but with a goal-scoring record matched by just a handful of players in the whole of Europe, bids for the England striker are inevitable.

And if you combine stats like Kane's with today's crazy transfer window - and throw in the premium-rate associated with English players (particularly where they belong to Spurs) - any move would almost certainly surpass the £89 million United paid for Pogba last summer. Watch this space.
