http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5IAE-bSLveY After starting his career in the USFL, having played two seasons for the L.A. Express, Young began his NFL journey with the Buccaneers. His first two seasons were relatively unsuccessful and culminated in his eventual trade to San Francisco. Young then spent a number of years backing up Joe Montana. When his opportunity finally came to be the teams number one quarterback, Young took full advantage, leading the 49ers to victory in Super Bowl XXIX. Young threw for 6 touchdowns, breaking Montanas previous record of 5 touchdown passes in a Super Bowl. He threw for 325 yards and rushed for another 49 yards, making him the first player ever to be the Super Bowls leading passer and rushing, en route to winning the Super Bowl MVP. Young retired with three Super Bowls and two MVP awards. His career passer rating of 96.8 is the second highest all time, highest among retired players. His 43 rushing touchdowns is the most ever by a quarterback. He also sits third all time in rushing yards for a quarterback with a total of 4,239 yards. Young was the first left handed quarterback inducted in the Hall of Fame.
