There's no question that "The Reem" is one of the heaviest hitters in MMA today. And very possibly of all time. The Dutch kickboxer has an insane record of 43–17 (1) . That's right, Alistair Overeem has over sixty pro fights on his record, and that's not even taking into consideration his kickboxing resume.

Knockout victims of Overeem include Junior dos Santos, Mark Hunt, Andrei Arlovski, Stefan Struve, Todd Duffee, and Gary Goodridge. He's a former K-1, DREAM, and Strikeforce heavyweight champion, holding gold everywhere except the UFC.

And no, we have not forgotten how he dismantled Brock Lesnar. It was Overeem who sent the WWE and UFC champion into retirement (for a while, at least) back at the UFC's annual New Year's Eve show in 2011.

In fact, the only downside of Overeem's powerful approach is that he tends to get knocked out as often as he finishes opponents these days. Which is never good. But given his career started way back in 1999, and given the number of fights on his resume, perhaps that's to be expected.

What else can you expect? Alistair Overeem knocking out opponents, at least a few more times before he calls it a career.
