Reina was one of the Premier League's best goalkeepers during his time in England, winning several Golden Glove awards and generally being considered one of the most consistent in Europe in his position. The Liverpool fans adored his infectious personality, passion and team ethic, and he appeared to love every minute of life in the North West. In Rodgers' first season at Anfield, 2012/13, the Spaniard's form took a noticeable dip, however. Errors stated creeping into his game at an alarming rate, and he was shipped of to Napoli on loan the following year, with Simon Mignolet bought in as his replacement. He was sold to Bayern Munich this summer, officially bringing an end to his eight years as a Liverpool player. In hindsight, it was a poor decision by Rodgers. Mignolet has proved to be a fairly shocking purchase so far, many Reds fans would love to see Reina back between the sticks. Despite looking older, he is still only 32, which is nothing in goalkeeping terms. He would add character and confidence to Liverpool's faltering side, and is a big miss.
