Since Swansea City's promotion to the Premier League in time for the start of season 2011-12, Nathan Dyer has been a consistently brilliant performer for the club - so much so that it's an absolute travesty that he is yet to receive any senior England recognition. The speedy winger is a constant source of both goals and assists for the Swans - a fact epitomised by his great start to this season, in which he has found the back of the net three times in the first four Premier League games. Despite Nacer Chadli's equally great start to this season, he is yet to prove himself a consistently good Premier League performer and with likes of Aaron Lennon out of favour, it could be good to bring in someone else to play alongside Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela in Spurs' trio behind the lone striker. If that player happens to be someone who can score goals, all the better - and Spurs could potentially use their relationship with Swansea (the two clubs have recently conducted deals involving Michel Vorm, Ben Davies and Gylfi Sigurdsson) to make the deal happen smoothly. It would undoubtedly be a step up for Dyer - and one he definitely deserves.
