10 Players You Completely Forgot Played For Manchester United
5. Josh King
A regular in fantasy football teams up and down the country thanks to his goalscoring form for Bournemouth, King was actually given his first chance in football at Man United.
A handful of cup appearances back in 2009 brought King to the attention of the loan market, and spells with the likes of Preston North End and Blackburn Rovers followed.
It was indeed Blackburn who decided to take a punt on King on a full-time basis, and while the goals didn't exactly flow for the Norwegian striker, this didn't put Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe off.
Since moving to the Cherries, King has become a regular in the starting XI for Howe as Bournemouth have cemented themselves as a regular Premier League outfit.
King was always going to find it hard to break into a United team which had Wayne Rooney leading the line, but it's clear that his early footballing education has paid dividends.
