6. Fabio Quagliarella To Spurs
Name: Fabio QuagliarellaClub: Juventus Age: 30 The experienced Italian striker is currently a transfer target for North London side Tottenham Hotspur according to the Mirror and the Metro, who could do with the firepower up front. With Jermain Defoe off to North America and Roberto Soldado yet to settle into the Premier League, Quagliarelli would provide a different attacking option for Tottenham. He brings with him experience and all for just £4 million. The Juventus striker is currently out of favour in Turin and is reported to be allowed to move in this window. The striker was offered to North London rivals Arsenal in the Summer but a move didn't materialise. Quagliarella would jump at a move to the Premier League as he looks to fight his way into Italy's World Cup squad. Spurs' current best striker is Emmanuel Adebayor, who was formerly out of favour until the arrival of Tim Sherwood. Roberto Soldado is yet to live up to his price-tag but competition for his place could kickstart his time in London, while if that doesn't work out they'd have a very good Italian striker at their disposal.
