Another Real player for the list – let’s just take it as given that any Real Madrid player would be more than welcome in the Premier League. After all the excitement of Harry Kane last season, it seems as though the Premier League needs more traditional strikers like him.

Benzema would fill that role perfectly. Strong, tall and a natural finisher, he would add a real edge to the attacking capabilities of any team. Career wise he has remained consistent season-on-season, averaging roughly a goal every two games since the 2007-2008 season when he played for Lyon.

The chances of him moving are slim however given the four years left on his Real contract. But as ever, a management change is always unpredictable and with Ancelotti gone, and no silverware at all last season, it is worth keeping a close eye on Real’s business dealings.
