3. There'll Be Plenty Of Attacking Football!
The two teams are helmed by renowned offensive geniuses Andy Reid and Kyle Shanahan, and the slew of weapons on either side promises a mix of fast, attacking playing styles.
When Reid’s Chiefs have the ball, an explosive touchdown play is a threat almost every down, from anywhere on the field. The Chiefs boast perhaps the most talented and exciting quarterback in the NFL in Patrick Mahomes.
He’ll be throwing to a receiving corps headlined by Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill, with the latter known as “The Cheetah” for his blazing speed. Rest assured, they’re not the only Chiefs capable of leaving opponents in the dust; they’re a supremely quick and dynamic unit, and are extremely fun to watch.
The 49ers, meanwhile, have devastated prior challengers with their bulldozing ground game, running the ball remarkably successfully, with meticulously designed plays. Yet, don’t be fooled into thinking they’re one dimensional; quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has some highly dangerous tools at his disposal as well, operating in a system filled with players who’ll happily eschew individual stats in favour of winning, whatever it takes.
Together, we have two teams who are set to expertly demonstrate both facets of offensive strategy in the modern NFL, through land and air. These teams can pass, they can run, they can do it all, and are set to light up the scoreboard!
