10 Relegated Players Who Deserve To Play In Premier League Next Season

Last summer's signing of Jay Rodriguez was a pretty shrewd move by West Bromwich Albion, with the former Southmpton and Burnley man going on to score 7 goals in the Premier League and 4 more in cup competitions.

Unfortunately, his efforts weren't enough to help the team stay in the top flight, but he did finish the season as the Baggies' top scorer. Rodriguez has never really been the sort of player to score 20+ goals in a season, but the 28-year-old is valued for his versatility, able to play all around the forward line, or deeper down the pitch in a more creative midfield role.

He could be a great asset to many Premier League sides and has been linked with a return to Burnley, who really struggled for goals last season despite finishing in a respectable 7th place. If he was able to score 7 league goals in such a poor Albion side, he could definitely do more with better players around him.
