10 Strikers Who Could Still Make A Move This Summer

Spanish striker Fernando Llorente enjoyed a fantastic debut season in the Premier League with Swansea, netting 15 times in 33 matches. A switch to Spurs seemed like an interesting one for the 33-year-old, but it didn't quite work out the way he might have hoped, as he scored just once for the London side.

In fairness to Llorente, he was only allowed to start a single Premier League game all season. He came off the bench in 15 other games but barely played 200 minutes in the top flight altogether. The prolific goalscoring exploits of Harry Kane would keep even the best strikers out of the team, so the Spaniard was destined to be a bit-part player.

Llorente can't be too happy with his current situation and Spurs don't seem too interested in hanging onto him any longer. The former Juventus man has been linked with a potential return to Italy where he could join up with Napoli, but some rumours have also connected him with a stay in the Premier League. His stats with Swansea prove that he can score goals when given the chance, so he wouldn't be a bad pick for a low-table side.
