The last mention of the 2011 season comes here on our list as we recall the week when tiger missed the cut at the PGA Championship at Atlanta Athletic Club. This was the first time in his career that he had missed the cut at the PGA Championship although he did not play in 2008 or in his first two years as a professional. At this point it had already been three years since Tigers last major victory (it has since been another three without a win) and after missing the cut the chances of him winning again seemed incredibly small. He has since turned his game around a great deal and claimed a few top five finishes in major championships in an effort to wash away the poor results of 2011 and 2012.
Thomas is currently a postgraduate student of literature at the University of St. Andrews. He enjoys music and golf in his spare time when he isn't writing. Tom completed his first novel in the summer of 2013 which was published at the start of this year.
