After Green hit Krause with a second low blow, referee Big John McCarthy issued a point deduction. A third kick from Green hits low and drops Krause. McCarthy is forced to call a stop to the fight and is left with two choices, TKO or DQ. McCarthy calls the fight for Green by TKO, leaving very little sympathy for Krause, who popped back to his feet a little too miraculously after the fight was declared a victory for his opponent.
