8. Corey Anderson vs. Justin Jones
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypsUpmTiMg8 Weight Class: Light Heavyweight Corey Anderson (4-0) had a great moment at the TUF 19 finale, knocking out opponent Matt Van Buren in just over a minute. It capped off a fantastic pair of TUF finale bouts, and for once, it seemed like a TUF champion might have a shot at making an impact in the UFC - with the right sort of development. We talked about the UFC bringing Sergio Pettis along slowly but surely earlier, and that's the same approach they need with Anderson, who has just four pro fights on his record (though the UFC's website lists him with five). He's got great potential, but is still very new to the game. Justin Jones marks his third opponent for this bout, and with apologies to both fighters, when "Jones vs. Anderson" was announced, most fans were probably hoping for Jon Jones and Anderson Silva. That fight is never happening, but this one should earn Anderson his fifth career win. Jones has a 3-0 pro career and is making his UFC debut; Anderson has had time to adjust to the spotlight thanks to his run on TUF and win at the finale. Jones by TKO in the first.
