Along with the suggestion that the away fan section will be dry at half-time, the usual enforcement of no alcohol on the trains back to the North East has been confirmed for the 2,200 travelling fans. If you're travelling back from Kings Cross on any service starting with the 16.45 train (most likely the first you'll have any chance of getting on), there are dry train restrictions until the end of the service. And it's unlikely you'll be able to get away with it (even if your day's refreshments have boldened your spirits). Bring three points back, eh?
