25 Highest Paid Athletes Of 2015

5. Roger Federer ($67m)

Salary/Winnings: $9m Endorsements: $58m It may have been three and a half years since Roger Federer last won a Grand Slam (the 2012 Wimbledon title), but his stock remains as high as ever. The Swiss tennis star has already long solidified his status as one of the greatest ever to play the sport - maybe even the greatest - and despite "only" winning $9m from competitions in 2015, still ranks as the fifth-highest paid athlete of the year. Much of this is down to Federer's endorsement deals, including such industry giants as Nike, Rolex, and Mercedes-Benz. He even has his own personal brand under the Nike banner. There's no telling how he'll perform this year as age continues to catch up, but his business savvy should see Federer remain somewhere at the top of this list come next year.
