7 Villains (And 3 Heroes) From Swansea 2-0 Newcastle

5. Georginio Wijnaldum

In the first half against Southampton especially, Georginio Wijnaldum's free kicks were causing havoc in the Saints area. Balls were being sliced out for corners while a couple even led to United chances. It looked like the club had finally filled the void left by Yohan Cabaye. However, it seemed like every single set piece the Dutchman took on Saturday ended up in ukasz Fabia„ski€™s gloves. So much so that it led us to believe that The Swans' keeper, and the ball, had magnets in them. It was really poor from the Dutchman as he wasted a whole host of promising situations that could have got United back into the game, especially when it was 11 vs 11. Endless hours of work STILL needs to be done on the training ground when it comes to Newcastle's corners and free kicks. Nothing's changed in that respect since the previous two regimes.
