2. Akira Corassani vs. Max Holloway
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NM_S1CCdfy4 Weight Class: Featherweight Akira Corassani (124 (1)) hit the MMA community's radar as a member of The Ultimate Fighter: Bisping vs. Miller's Team Bisping, and has gone on to have a solid run in the UFC since. However, he is coming off his very first UFC loss, to Dustin Poirier (who was himself just dispatched by Conor McGregor). Corassani was expected to face a tough mountain to climb in the form of Chan Sung Jung on this card, but Jung was forced to withdraw due to injury, and Corassani now has a much more beatable opponent in Max Holloway (10-3). Holloway has bounced back nicely since a loss to Conor McGregor in 2013 and is currently on a three-fight win streak. Corassani is Swedish but fighting out of New York so don't look for too much of an advantage when it comes to travel/jet lag for either fighter. The crowd should be behind Corassani but this fight could easily go either way. We're calling for Holloway to shock the Swedish fans and win via TKO in the third.
