With the Premier league coming towards the halfway point in the season it seems sensible to review the best strikers we have seen so far. For the purpose of this slideshow, I will only be using one player per club as normal. This explains the exclusion of Daniel Sturridge, in particular. Other than that, it should be a list that the majority of football fans will agree with. It has been a fun season so far and we have seen plenty of spectacular goals. Of course, this isnt exclusively down to the strikers but they nonetheless deserve to be celebrated as we approach Christmas. I have mentioned in the past, the importance of having a quality forward or two. It is not too extreme to state that the difference between clubs near the top and clubs near the bottom can often be a quality striker. This in itself makes the list that follows even more interesting than it might appear on the surface.
