1. Alexander Gustafsson
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-TPuoInKi0 No one increased his/her fan base more in 2013 than "The Mauler", Alexander Gustafsson. With everyone picking Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones over Gustafsson in their bout, the Swede went out and shocked the MMA World by out-working the champion in an exciting five round tilt, and we all thought that we had a new champion at 205-pounds. Of course, this is why you should never leave it in the hands of the judges. Jones got Unanimous Decision in his favor to win the fight. Yes, Unanimous. Judging in MMA is a discussion for another day, but regardless, we saw what Gustafsson is capable of in the Octagon. If he gets past Jimi Manuwa this March, he'll have another shot at glory against Jon Jones.
