One of the fastest men in the NFL, DeSean Jackson has left the Washington Redskins and joined up with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It's been one of the more critically acclaimed moves of the offseason and for good reason: Jackson and the Bucs fit together almost perfectly.

As a smaller, quicker receiver, Jackson fares much better as a #2 option. Luckily, he'll be exactly that in Tampa, playing Robin to Mike Evans' Batman. With the opposing team's best cornerback always covering Evans, Jackson will feast on lesser defenders, zooming past them for significant yardage. Even better still, the Bucs added top rookie tight end O.J. Howard in the draft, meaning that defenders up the middle will also be too preoccupied to contain Jackson.

As third year quarterback Jameis Winston looks to make the leap into the league's elite, he'll look to utilize as many of his weapons as possible. By adding the blazing fast Jackson alongside the hulking, ultra-talented Evans and the sometimes amazing running back Doug Martin, the Bucs have added a new edge to an already dangerous offense.
