Several key figures at different stages of Zlatan's life are mentioned in his book, however not all of them have a positive light shone on them. One of the people who is painted as a villain in the book is Hasse Borg, the sporting director at Malmo FF during Zlatan's time in the senior side.

Even though Zlatan only made 40 senior appearances for his boyhood club, he was making a big splash in the Allsvenskan league and interest was soon to follow. When inevitable international attention came Zlatan's way, Ibrahimovic worked with Hasse Borg to move to the best club possible.

But, Ibrahimovic accuses Borg of ripping him off so Malmo FF could squeeze the best deal they could out of Ajax. Because of this, Zlatan was Ajax's lowest paid first team player upon his arrival in 2001, but was not informed of this until he was several months into his new contract.
