15. Andrija Zivkovic (Partizan Belgrade)
A lot of young players get tagged with comparisons to world class stars, and never quite live up to the ridiculous hype. Andrija Zivkovic may never live up to his billing as 'the Serbian Messi', but so far every indication is that he'll at least come close. The winger has already broken numerous records in his fledgling career, including becoming Serbia's youngest ever player and the youngest captain in Partizan Belgrade's history. Aged just 19, 2016 should see him continuing to develop his considerable talents at Partizan, but don't be surprised if some big clubs are after him in the summer if not sooner, with the likes of
Arsenal and Manchester City previously linked with a move.
