Although only 18, Porto's Reuben Neves has a considerable reputation in European football. Like Zivkovic, his career has hardly started yet he's already breaking records, including becoming the youngest captain in Champions League history. He has established himself as a key part of Porto's midfield, deployed as an anchorman but with great vision and a willingness to get forward. He's also broken into the Portugal team, and has been linked with big-money moves to the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool, and his valuation will only go up if he gets the chance to perform at Euro 2016.
