7 Key Players For Manchester United's Future

6. Tyler Blackett

Currently on loan at Celtic, Tyler Blackett also earned praise for some of his performances last season. At twenty-one years old, Balckett can play left back, but could also partner McNair at centre back. Like McNair, he's young and has to deal with the inexperience licked to that, but a loan move to Celtic could provide the minutes he needs to grow into the outstanding defender he has the potential to become.

With United's defence being a constant talking point, creating a new, youthful, exciting centre back partnership would go a long way in tightening up a sometimes leaky defence. At the very least it'd mean Daley Blind could revert back to his favoured holding midfield spot!
