Jurgen Klopp began his managerial career by first taking charge of Mainz 05 and guided them to promotion to the Bundesliga in 2004, however resigned after their relegation in the 06/07 season.

He took charge of Borussia Dortmund in July 2008 and lead the team to the Bundesliga title in 2011, and a League/DFB Pokal double the next year. Followed by an appearance in the Champions League final in the 12/13 season.

In 2015 Klopp was appointed manager of Liverpool FC. In the 17/18 season Liverpool were only bested by Real Madrid in the Champions League, who were lifting the trophy for a record breaking 3rd time in a row.

Last season they achieved the most coveted prize in club football by beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 in the Champions League Final, winning the first silverware for Klopp at Anfield. They were narrowly beaten to the Premier League title by a single point.

In the current year Liverpool seem to be continuing their excellent form, they currently have a 13 point lead at the top of the Premier League with a game in hand, and have just won the Club World Cup.

Things certainly seem to be going Liverpool's way under the guidance of Jurgen Klopp, and all that is left to see is how much more silverware they can win.
