Josep Guardiola Sala began his managerial career by taking charge of Barcelona B in June of 2007. He led them to a Tercera title the very next season which paved the way for him to take charge of the Barcelona first team in July 2008 where he won 3 La Liga titles, 2 Copa Del Rey titles, 2 Spanish Super Cups, 2 Champions League titles, 2 UEFA Super Cups and 2 Club World Cups.

After his resounding success at Barcelona he moved on to Bayern Munich in June 2013 and continued to win 3 Bundesliga titles, 2 DFB Pokal titles, 1 UEFA Super Cup and 1 World Club Cup.

Pep then took charge of Manchester City in July 2016. He successfully led the team to the Premier League title and EFL Cup in the 17/18 season, following that up with the domestic treble in the 18/19 season.

Some believe that this year is not going as well as last year, however you must remember that in the last year Man City have won the Premier League, FA Cup, EFL Cup, Community Shield, reached a Champions League semi-final and have qualified top of their Champion's League group with relative ease this season.

Overall for the year 2019, Pep's win rate was one of the highest in world football, and that is why he is included in this list as one of the most in-form managers in the world today.
