Why have one world class striker when you can have two? Sergio Aguero and Robert Lewandowski have been battling it out for the title of best out-and-out striker in world football, with the Polish forward edging ahead of the Argentinian this season. In 26 Bundesliga games, Lewandowski has scored 25, and also has eight in eight in the Champions League. In contrast, Aguero has 18 goals in 28 games across the Premier League and Champions League. By no means should City sacrifice Aguero for Lewandowski. If Guardiola can find a way to get both of them playing in the same team, then their goals would fire the club to Premier League and potentially European glory. Forget Barcelona's MSN, Manchester City could have The La's leading the line, leaving defenders in their wake crying "there she goes". The Bayern Munich striker would be perfectly suited to the Premier League, and knows what Guardiola expects from his forwards. Manchester City do need to add a striker to their squad to either compete with or play alongside Aguero due to Wilfried Bony failing to hit the heights that he reached and Swansea City, and Lewandowski is the best they can get.
