3. The Ramsey Curse

Up until February 2012, every time Aaron Ramsey scored for Arsenal during the 2011/12 campaign somebody famous died. The list included the worlds most famous CEO, 2x military madmen and a famous singer - though Piers Morgan managed to skip this particular curse, much to the disdain of many of his fellow Arsenal fans. The curse began on May 1st 2011 when Ramsey scored against Manchester United, at the Emirates in the second half, and the next day Navy Seals ambushed the hideout of Osama Bin Laden. Jump to September where he put the ball past a hapless Tottenham Hotspur and three days later technology icon Steve Jobs lost his battle with cancer. Then jump to October 19th when he scored a dramatic injury time goal against Marseille and Colonel Gaddafi lost his life, and then finally, February 11th 2012 the curse struck for its last time: Ramsey scored against Sunderland and within hours Whitney Houston had passed away. So far, the curse hasn't reappeared. So Is It True? Sadly, yes - it seems that Aaron Ramsey really a goal scoring assassin...
