Unless Barcelona somehow produce a miraculous recovery against Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in a few weeks' time, Luis Enrique will be departing the Nou Camp at the end of this season. And given that no side has ever been able to overturn a four goal deficit previously in Champions League history, it's not looking good.

But even if Enrique were to guide Barca to another treble of La Liga, Champions League and Copa del Rey success, he might quit anyway due to the constant demands and energy-sapping stress that inevitably comes with managing such a behemoth of a club. Just ask Pep Guardiola.

Despite virtually matching Guardiola trophy for trophy, the Nou Camp faithful have never warmed to his more direct, albeit highly successful style of football. However, maybe a similar change in philosophy is what Arsenal need given the competitive, hustle and bustle nature of the Premier League.
