3. Jürgen Klopp
Jürgen Klopp is one of the most promising young managers in club football today. The 45-year old has performed wonders at Borussia Dortmund in transforming them into one of the Bundesligas most formidable teams capable of rivalling giants Bayern Munich. He has won back-to-back championships with the German side and masterminded their winning of the so called Champions League Group of Death by qualifying top of the group ahead of Spanish giants Real Madrid and Premier League champions Manchester City. When Klopp took over from Thomas Doll in 2008, Dortmund had finished in 13th place the season before, which tells you everything you need to know of how he has transformed the German outfit into one that can win titles. Likelihood? With Borussia Dortmund contesting the Last-16 of the Champions League next month, he isn't going to quit his job right now, but a summer switch to England could be on the cards. 7/10
