Arsenal Next Manager: 10 Replacements For Arsene Wenger

3. Dragan Stojkovic

The Serbian coach isn't exactly a household name and might be considered a left field choice, but the man who was following a similar career path to his mentor has been spoken of as future Arsenal boss by non other than Wenger himself (which is why he's so high on this list). The former Yugoslavia international played under Wenger when the Frenchman managed Nagoya Grampus in Japan, and later went on to take the reigns of the club himself, leading them to the J League title in 2010. He claimed to have had contact from Premier League clubs upon leaving Japan in 2013, but did not pitch up in England. Instead, he is managing Guangzhou R&F in China's Super League. It may seem unlikely that a massive club like Arsenal will poach a relatively unknown manager from the Far East, but that's exactly what they did when appointing Wenger in the first place back in 1996. If they choose to follow the pass less travelled again, we could see "Dragan Who?" headlines come the summer.
