3. Mario Balotelli

Despite being utterly "unmanageable" during his time under Jose Mourinho at Inter Milan, Mario Balotelli seems to think that he's in for a move to Chelsea. Amazingly though, Arsenal and Tottenham are apparently battling for his signature; considering he couldn't keep a lid on Jermaine Pennant, Balotelli would be an odd signing for Wenger, but one that would certainly shake up the Premier League again. Should Mario actually head to Stamford Bridge though, Jose's interest in Wayne Rooney would probably cool down, which would leave Arsenal, perhaps, as the frontrunner for the England striker come this summer. It's hugely unlikely all round, and a massive gamble, but stranger things have happened, haven't they?
