Ok, I would freely admit that bringing Mame Biram Diouf back to English football would be a significant risk. The player is now plying his trade in the Bundesliga with Hannover 96 where he has score five goals from 11 starts. One of the areas that Aston Villa has struggled with this season is shots per game; their ratio of 12.3 is hardly that impressive. Judging by the stats on Diouf he certainly has the potential to improve that ratio since he takes 4.3 shots per game himself in German football.
