Barcelona: 6 Potential Managers To Replace Tito Vilanova

4. André Villas-Boas

After a difficult few months at Chelsea, Andre Villas-Boas has restored his reputation with a reasonably successful season at Tottenham Hotspur. With him being the youngest man to ever win a European title, it is understandable why there is so much expected of him and surely he will get another chance at a top job at some point in his career. However when given the chance of carrying out the 'Project' at Chelsea he didn't do himself justice and failed to mount a serious title challenge and left Chelsea on the brink of expulsion from the Champions League against Napoli. Furthermore he didn't manage the big names well, leaving to a disjointed team spirit. This would be something he would have to deal with better if he was given the chance at a top club like Barcelona.
