Barcelona: 6 Potential Managers To Replace Tito Vilanova

5. Roberto Mancini

untitled

Currently unemployed, the former Manchester City and Inter Milan manager has conquered any league he has managed in and I'm sure that he would love the chance to pull on a Red and Blue scarf and try and succeed in La Liga. With his experiences of dealing with Mario Balotelli's and Carlos Tevez's tantrums, the Barcelona squad will provide no problem for Mancini. Although he does have experience of the Champions League, which many of the candidates don't, Mancini has always struggled to mount a successful challenge for the most coveted trophy in European football. Plus his footballing ideals are more defensive and may not be committed to the Barcelona way of playing. Though he was the man to conquer Sir. Alex Ferguson's tight grip on the Premier League trophy two seasons ago, which should boost his recent credentials.
