UEFA Champions League: Arsenal's 20 Greatest Goals

The finest of Arsenal's dines at Europe's top table

Arsenal will be looking to pull off a strong performance when they take on Monaco in the Champions League round of 16 tonight. The Gunners hope to reach the quarter-finals of the competition for the first time in five years. The tie is a dream come true for many Arsenal fans as they avoided a number of bigger sides unlike their english counterparts as Chelsea of course drew Paris Saint Germain and Manchester City who played FC Barcelona last night. Arsenal have always been a competitive side when it comes to playing in Europe. Arsene Wenger's men have dined at Europe's top table for the past 18 consecutive seasons and if they keep their current Premier League run going, they should make it to 19. Despite this, they have only ever reached one final back in 2006 where they lost 2-1 to Barca after 'keeper Jens Lehman was sent off early on. Arsenal will be hoping that this is the year they can go one better than that and win the trophy, as unlikely as it may be. Here are the top 20 goals from Arsenal's Champions League history.
