Chelsea Transfers - 10 Strikers To Fire The Blues To Title Glory In 2015
3. Mario Mandzukic
Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola has reportedly already wished Mario Mandzukic "success at his new club" despite the fact he is still a Bavarian player. It is the clearest indication yet that Bayern are prepared to part ways with Mandzukic, who was left out of Bayern's German cup final squad against Borussia Dortmund last Saturday, and didn't even watch from the stands or attend the post-game celebrations following his side's 2-0 win. Reports from German tabloid Bild claim Mandzukic has even cleared his belongings from the Allianz Arena and has already said goodbye to his team-mates as Arsenal and Chelsea monitor developments. Mandzukic had a reasonably successful season last term, scoring 26 goals in 48 total appearances including 18 in 30 Bundesliga outings. But his latest rift with Bayern will provide plenty of encouragement to Chelsea in making an offer - though a transfer battle with Arsenal may be on the cards.
