Chelsea Transfers: 5 Players Conte Still Needs To Get Rid Of

1. Oscar

The best word to sum up Oscar’s time at Stamford Bridge is ‘frustrating’.

The slight Brazilian has bagfuls of talent but has translated it into results only sporadically since his arrival at the club in 2012, following a strong showing at the London Olympics for Brazil. The South American trickster divides opinion, with some in awe of the £25 million man’s talent while others lament his inconsistency and failure to deliver when the chips are down. Last season was a particular low for the Brazilian.

Looking slow and unfit, the former Sao Paulo midfielder failed to find any rhythm in a struggling Chelsea unit and contributed just three league goals all season. He has looked sharp in pre-season so far, bagging twice against AC Milan, but rumours of his exit still persist.

Chelsea supporters are beginning to lose patience with the 24-year-old, who with every passing year is quickly running out of excuses regarding potential.
