2. Central Florida Golden Knights (12-1, 8-0 American)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zKI6-4mKLKs The only team with a better story than Missouri in 2013 was the Central Florida Golden Knights. The Knights lose their offensive leader in starting QB Blake Bortles, who will most likely have an NFL starting job in 2014, and Running Back Storm Johnson who declared for the Draft as well. Central Florida loses a lot of explosiveness on offense, but almost all of their defense will be returning in 2014. Although their conference schedule isn't out yet, their non-conference slate is very interesting. A date with Penn State in Ireland and a visit to Missouri will start off the 2014 schedule.
