Though British TV icons Ant and Dec may be the most visible Newcastle superfans, the club has a wealth of notable celebrities when it comes to its fanbase.

None of these supporters are perhaps quite as surprising as former Prime Minister of Thailand, Abhisit Vejjajiva. (This is the last politician, I promise)

Vejjajiva was actually born in the Toon, before continuing his schooling elsewhere in the UK, even going on a trip to his native country with current British PM Boris Johnson while the pair were both studying at Oxford.

The veteran politician fell in love with the Geordie club as a child, and his passion never left him. Vejjajiva has even been pictured wearing the famous black and white shirt since leaving office in 2011.
