Every Premier League Club's Worst Ever Goalkeeper
15. Chelsea - Kepa Arrizabalaga

In years past, this position would be quite comfortably occupied by Mark Bosnich, after The Australian's time at the club ended unceremoniously when he was banned for failing a drug test. These days though, there is a new contender for the title of Chelsea's worst-ever Premier League goalkeeper.
Enter Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Signed for an eye-watering £71million in 2018 Kepa became the world's most expensive goalkeeper and was tasked with succeeding recently-departed Thibaut Courtois as the club's number one. Kepa quickly made himself a contentious figure at Stamford Bridge by defying then Blues-boss Maurizio Sarri's orders to be subbed off in the final minutes of the 2019 EFL Cup final, which the team went on to lose.
Kepa may not be the worst keeper to pay for the club in terms of technical ability, but when his frankly insane transfer fee is factored in, and the fact that he'd probably refuse to move if we tried to switch him with another goalie, his place here is secure.
