Fantasy Premier League 2018-19 Tips : 10 New Players To Sign

8. Mohamed Elyounoussi (Southampton)

Mohamed Elyounoussi could be one of the surprise packages of the season as part of a new-look Southampton side. The club, who struggled for goals last season, will be looking to their new Norwegian attacking midfielder to add some much-needed firepower to their ranks.

Elyounoussi joined the club for a £16m fee from Basel, where he spent last season scoring 11 times and making eight assists in 33 league games. Elyounoussi started his career in Norway, quickly excelling with Molde, where he scored 30 league goals in 70 games, and earning his move to Swiss side Basel. He proved to be pretty prolific in Switzerland too and will be hoping to adapt to English football just as easily.

Highly comfortable on the ball and a skilled dribbler, Elyounoussi has bags of talent but might need some time to settle, so could be a bit of a gamble at £6.5m. However, Southampton start the season with quite a few winnable games, so that gamble could pay off for any fantasy managers willing to take it.
