Fantasy Premier League Tips: 11 Essential Players You Must Consider

3. Romelu Lukaku (Everton)

Had Romelu Lukaku stayed at Chelsea this season, he wouldn't have made a list such as this. However, his transfer to Everton earlier this summer should mean he will shine when the Premier League gets back underway this weekend. Lukaku was marginalised at Stamford Bridge and scarcely played for the Blues, making only 10 appearances during a forgettable three-season spell that was punctuated by loan moves. One of those loan moves was to Everton, however, where he impressed last season, scoring 15 league goals. And now that he's made his stay permanent, he could finally rid himself of the shackles of Chelsea by breaking free of his chains and showing why they were mad to let him go. Lukaku has a lot to prove this season as he looks to put his nightmare stay at SW6 firmly in the past and he will do that by scoring goals. He's only £9 million at the moment but expect that valuation to rise sharply should he hit a good patch of form as expected.
