Fenerbahce vs Arsenal: Predicting The Gunner's Starting XI
Goalkeeper - Wojciech Szczsny
Wojciech Szczsny is expected to retain his spot in goal for tonight's Champions League clash against Fenerbahce despite putting in an unconvincing performance last weekend as he shipped three goals against Aston Villa. The Polish international also conceded a penalty in that game after hauling down Gabriel Agbonlahor, and though he saved the resulting spot-kick to redeem himself somewhat, he still looked shaky. The shot-stopper inexplicably turned centre-back at one stage as he raced off his goal-line in an attempt to challenge Christian Benteke and might have been caught out had he not backpedalled to his goal in time to make a save. There have been doubts about Szczsny for quite some time and he was dropped toward the end of last season after falling down in the pecking order behind ukasz Fabiaski. But he could get himself back in Wenger's good books tonight with a solid performance that both he and his club desperately need.
